About the Person

Christopher J. Knipp has resigned as Chief Human Resources Officer at AccentCare.   Previously, Chris spent five years with Hostess Brands as the SVP, Corporate Human Resources. He assumed the Chief Human Resources Officer role during the final stages of bankruptcy proceedings to assure talent continuity and maximize enterprise value.   He has also held HR leadership roles at Centex Homes, Aggreko, and Exxon Mobil.   Throughout his 30-year career, Chris has been highly recognized as a prominent Human Resources executive and change agent. Chris has built out best-in-class HR functions, shaped high-performing cultures, and led organizational transformations for a variety of companies.   His comprehensive experience spans across blue-chip, Fortune 5 companies to private equity-funded, high-growth and turnaround organizations.   Mr. Knipp holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Industrial & Labor Relations, both from Cornell University.
