About the Person

Christine Layton is the Vice President of Human Resources at Hollister Construction Services.   She was brought on to manage the continued growth and professional development of Hollister`s staff.   Layton joined the firm in June and has begun implementing a new performance management system at Hollister to support the professional development of all team members. She is also leading efforts to launch a new project delivery model, which will provide clarification of roles and responsibilities for team members, while also clearly delineating career roadmaps, and coaching and training requirements.   Prior to joining Hollister, Layton spent 17 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in a variety of human resources generalist roles with tax and assurance practices, as well as campus recruiting sourcing top talent.   Earlier, she served with the New Jersey Cardinals Minor League Baseball team as Office Manager and Director of Community Relations.   Layton earned a bachelor`s degree in advertising and public relations from Marywood College.
