About the Person
Christine Catalanotte, Vice President of Human Resources, handles and is proficient in an expansive range of HR functions. She executes all HR responsibilities, providing strategic organization and management development, talent acquisition, training, benefits, and compensation; all while fostering and sustaining a positive work environment. Christine comes to Advomas equipped with previous professional experience as a Senior Regional Manager of Human Resources, Benefits Plan Administrator, and Wellness Coordinator. Christine is an active member of the Society for Human Resources and the American Society of Training and Development. She received her PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute. Admittedly a life-long student, she is currently pursuing a degree at Baker College School of Business Administration.
