Christian G. Kasper is the Chief Executive Officer of Harvest Power, Inc. Before joining the Company in May 2014, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Princeton Review, Inc. Chris has served as a strategic Chief Financial Officer for four companies where he partnered with leading private equity and venture capital firms including Bain Capital Ventures, Thomas H. Lee Partners, and Aurora Capital Group. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of International Cookware Group, S.A.S. Chris began his career with the Boston Consulting Group, and his experience spans a variety of industries, including consumer products, retail, manufacturing, and education.
