Ponte Vedra Beach, FL- based Builders Blinds has Appointed Cheryl Redenbacher as Vice President of Human Resources

 

About the Company

Builders Blinds was founded more than 20 years ago and has regional and national agreements with the largest national home builders with offices in Houston, Dallas, Austin, Las Vegas, North Carolina and Florida.   Since its inception, the primary focus has been selling window coverings to high-volume home builders.   Today, Builders Blinds has agreements with more than 60 builders nation-wide and also sells directly to consumers.   Builders Blinds’ products are made of the highest quality materials and components and can be favorably compared to any name brand product manufactured domestically.

 

About the Person

Cheryl Redenbacher is the Vice President of Human Resources at Builders Blinds.   Redenbacher’s role is principally targeted toward improving policies and programs that affect employees and their work experience, as well as advancing strategies and tactics that will help organizational growth, development and diversity.   Cheryl is a Florida native and comes from an operations training and development human resources leadership background with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from University of South Florida and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.   Her most recent position was with Hermann International, a training and development organization, as the Director of Global and Product Development.
