About the Person
Cheryl Fullerton is the Executive Vice President of People at Corus Entertainment Inc., effective November 2, 2015. As Executive Vice President, People, Cheryl will oversee the company`s Human Resources activities, including people engagement, rewards and recognition, and talent attraction and development. She will report to Doug Murphy, President and Chief Executive Officer. Cheryl brings to this position over 25 years of experience in corporate and operational environments. She joined Corus from Maple Leaf Foods where, for the past 10 years, she held various executive positions, most recently as Vice President of Leadership. In that role, she was responsible for designing and executing an integrated HR strategy to maximize company performance. Previously, Cheryl held senior positions at Morneau Sobeco (now Morneau Shepell) and Sobeys Capital Inc. Cheryl currently sits on the Board of Spectra Community Support Services. She holds a Bachelor of Science summa cum laude from McMaster University.
