Founded in 2004, Direct Flow Medical®, Inc. is focused on developing novel transcatheter heart valve technologies that improve patient outcomes while reducing patient complications. The company is exploring application of its proprietary technology beyond the aortic valve, to the mitral valve and other valve anatomy. Headquartered in Santa Rosa, California, the company also has technology and manufacturing facilities in Lake Forest, California. The Direct Flow Medical TAVI system received the CE Mark in January 2013 and is currently available commercially in Europe. About the Person
Ms. Clem joined Direct Flow Medical June, 2010 as Administrative Assistant to the president and later advanced into Human Resources Generalist. She was promoted to Human Resources Manager, and later, to Head of Human Resources. She was most recently promoted to Vice President of Human Resources January, 2016. Cheryl has over 20 years of office administration and human resources experience including 10 years in the medical device industry working for Alure Medical in Santa Rosa, CA and Chalgrin Enterprise in Gilroy, CA. Cheryl holds a BS in Business Management and Administration from University of Phoenix.
