About the Person
Charlotte Rue is the Director of Human Resources at City of Bryant effective October 5th, 2015. Charlotte was born and raised in Northern Virginia outside of Washington D.C. She graduated from George Mason University in 2003 and began her Human Resources career as a Human Resources Manager for the Defense Intelligence Agency. Charlotte relocated to Arkansas in 2007 and continued her career with Stephens Inc. in Little Rock. In 2009 she accepted a position with the Capital Hotel as the Human Resources Manager and had the opportunity to single handedly build the department. Charlotte managed all aspects of the Human Resources department for the Capitol Hotel, an organization of over 200 employees. In 2012, Charlotte took time away to support her husband`s growing career. After staying home with her two children for one year she returned to the Capital Hotel as an Employee Relations Consultant focusing on employee engagement and development. Charlotte has lived in Bryant for seven years and is raising her two young children in the community. Charlotte`s decision to pursue the role of Human Resources Director was fueled by her desire to actively participate in the community in which she is raising her family.
