About the Person

Charles Kelly serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors, where he contributes to the leadership of the Board.   Currently, Charles is the Director of Human Resource Issues at Edison Electric Institute, the association of US shareholder-owned electric companies. He has over 20 years of experience in effectively assuming the development and administration of Safety and Human Resources programs. He is a recipient of the National Safety Council’s Distinguished Service to Safety Award, the highest award given to an individual by the Council. He holds a bachelor’s degree of science from West Virginia University.
