About the Person

Charisse Brock is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Conagra Brands. In this role, Charisse provides human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization — specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation. Before this role, Charisse served as Vice President of Human Resources for Conagra Brands, formerly known as ConAgra Foods, Consumer Foods segment in 2010. Charisse joined Conagra Brands in 2004 as Director of Human Resources supporting the Refrigerated Foods Group. During her tenure with ConAgra, Charisse has led the integration of two Consumer Foods businesses and provided HR leadership for significant business transformation and organizational change. Prior to Conagra Brands, she worked for 15 years at The Quaker Oats Company/PepsiCo in the Consumer Foods Division. This included strategic HR roles in supply chain, recruitment and marketing. She has led teams and counseled senior executives in highly complex, matrixed organizations to achieve business objectives. Charisse holds an M.S. degree in organizational development from Loyola University, Chicago, and a B.A. in business management from DePaul University.
