About the Person
Chad Swensen has served as our Chief Executive Officer since March 2015. Mr. Swensen is a seasoned technology executive with nearly two decades of experience in successfully developing and leading technology companies. Prior to joining NEFT in 2013, he was the founder and president of Sweet Spot Solutions, a wireless technology solutions provider which was acquired by DirectPoint in 2008, where Mr. Swensen served as Senior Vice President of Business Development. Earlier, Mr. Swensen served in senior business development roles at Integra Telecom, where he was part of the team that grew the company’s revenues from $16 million to more than $800 million. From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Swensen was part of the global sales management team for a Fortune 100 telecommunications company, where he helped to oversee multi-billion dollar accounts. Mr. Swensen currently serves on the board of directors of Beacon Audio, a leading manufacturer of portable Bluetooth audio speakers. He also is the named inventor of multiple authentication, encryption and financial tool patents. Mr Swensen earned a bachelors degree in business management from the UVU Woodbury School of Business.
