On January 1, 2004 Easter Seals UCP North Carolina was established as a result of a merger between Easter Seals North Carolina and UCP of North Carolina. Easter Seals UCP’s mission is to create opportunities, promote individual choice and change the lives of children and adults with disabilities by maximizing their individual potential for living, learning and working in their communities.
