Previously, she had also served at Johnson & Johnson, Capital HR Consulting, Toys R Us, American Express and Federal Reserve Bank of NY. Celine earned BA in Psychology from Fairfield University in 1998, MS in Human Resources Management from The New School in 2000 and PhD in Organizational Management from Capella University in 2011.
