Cooper is a native of North Carolina and has pursued a career in the hospitality industry for 25 years with emphasis in Human Resources for the past 14 years. She holds a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) Certification and a Society of Human Resources Management-Senior Certified Profession (SHRM-SCP) Certification. Cooper will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization`s employee relations and workforce development programs as well as ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
