About the Person
Catherine M. Moy will work with the firm's leadership team to continue to build a culture focused on supporting professionals and providing an environment where employees can thrive. She will focus much of her efforts on the firm's strategies to attract and retain the best people. In 2012, Cathy was recognized by Working Mother magazine as a “Working Mother of the Year” for her leadership in promoting diversity and work+life fit at BDO. A graduate of Boston College, Ms. Moy will continue to serve as the assurance managing partner for the firm's Boston practice, but will reduce her client service responsibilities to ensure time for her new role.
