About the Person
As Vice President at Cisco Systems, Cassandra reports to Cisco`s CHRO and heads the team responsible for accelerating executive leadership globally (current and next generation). She orchestrates the executive assessment, development, and coaching of Cisco`s top 500 executives and is a trusted partner to Cisco`s senior most leaders and Board. She most recently played an integral role in the 2015 succession planning for Cisco`s CEO, one of the most respected and longest- tenured CEO’s in the tech sector.
