About the Person
Carol E. McKnight is the Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at Tennant Company. Ms. McKnight, most recently the Vice President of Human Resources for Arlington, Virginia-based ATK (Alliant Techsystems, Inc.), brings 20 years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience to Tennant, including 12 years at ATK. At ATK,she held divisional and corporate leadership positions in the areas of compensation, talent management, talent acquisition, and general human resource management. Prior to ATK, Ms. McKnight was with New Jersey-based NRG Energy, Inc.
