About the Person
As Vice President of Human Resources, Carol Goode is responsible for leading Brocade’s global talent strategies to help create and develop a high-performing organization that focuses on customer success. Goode has more than 20 years of business experience in human resource management, serving in executive leadership and consulting roles for all types of companies, from high-tech start-ups to divisional and corporate leadership roles in four Fortune 100 companies. She previously served as vice president of Human Resources at Bay Networks/Nortel Networks, and led World Wide Human Resources at O.R. Technology and Seagate Technology. At various stages of her career, Goode has worked in and managed nearly every Human Resources discipline, with demonstrated experience crafting compensation and incentive plans to expedite product development cycles and create customized performance management systems for motivating engineering teams and entire organizations. She is adept at reengineering organizations and creating the optimal infrastructure to help organizations scale efficiently. Goode holds an MBA from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.
