\r\n Carol Marie D'Souza is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Banner Casa Grande Medical Center. Before Casa Grande Medical Center was acquired by Banner Heath System in June 2014, Carol served Casa Grande Medical Center as Director of Human Resources and Environmental Services. Carol has been with Casa Grande Medical Center since September 2004. Carol has 20 years of healthcare experience; 9 of those in Human Resources. Carol has a Masters in Sociology and completed her M.B.A. in healthcare Management through Grand Canyon University in December 2009. She has been a member of CAHRMA since 2006 and has been a member of CAHRMA Board as Vice President Membership for 2012, President Elect in 2013 and is currently serving as President. Carol has been married for 27 years and is the proud mother of 4 kids her oldest being 26 yrs in college and with a full time job as a Youth Advocate at Against Abuse. Her second oldest (22yrs) is a Senior at the University of Arizona, majoring in Public Health and intends to be a Cardiovascular Surgeon. Her other kids are in Vista Grande 16 yrs (High School Sophomore) and Villago Middle School 13 yrs (Grade 8). Carol loves her job at Banner Casa Grande Regional Medical Center where she gets 100% support from her Senior Leadership Team. She is proud that HR makes a difference to CGRMC and has a seat at the table.\r\n
