About the Person
Carol Campagnolo is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Groupon. Campagnolo leads Groupon`s global human resources function and is based in Chicago. Campagnolo comes to Groupon with more than more than 20 years of experience of helping global organizations create talent-focused practices and programs that benefit employees, customers and stakeholders. Most recently, Carol was Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at SGK Worldwide, a leading brand strategy company where she oversaw all human resources activities including strategy and planning, global talent initiatives, leadership development and employee engagement. Prior to that, she served as Vice President of Global Human Resources at Aon Consulting Worldwide. Carol holds a Master of Arts in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana and a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from Indiana University.
