Carol Battaglia is the Assistant Vice President of Benefit Operations at North Shore-LIJ Health System. She joined the organization as Corporate Director, Benefits Operations in January 2002 and moved up to her current position in March 2015 before serving in various other leadership roles. Previously, Carol had also served at Long Island College Hospital.
