He has also held senior HR executive roles at ManTech International, Computer Sciences Corp., and Science Applications International Corp. Echalar holds a bachelor`s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from Old Dominion University and a master`s degree in business administration from the University of Maryland`s Smith School of Business.
