SpyGlass` corporate headquarters is in Westlake, Ohio, and was recently named one of Cleveland`s Top Work Places for 2014! SpyGlass is not a carrier. Rather, SpyGlass is vendor neutral with no carrier or hardware vendor relationships to bias its analysis. SpyGlass typically engages Fiscal and IT Executives who will admit in an honest moment that they struggle to understand the complexities and detail in their telecommunications invoices. As a result, costs are challenging to manage and control as research points out that bill mistakes represent 7-15% of an organization`s overall annual telecom spend.
