Charlotte, NC-based Bank of America has promoted Camilla Collins to Senior Vice President of Global Diversity & Inclusion.

About the Person

Camilla Collins is the Enterprise Diversity & Inclusion Consulting and Strategy Client Leader.  In her current role, she is responsible for partnering with seven Diversity & Inclusion Client Executives, supporting over 230,000 employees. Camilla provides consulting, intervention strategies and guidance on Global Diversity & Inclusion initiatives for implementation within the bank, while ensuring alignment with the Global Diversity & Inclusion strategy.  She also has responsibility for Diversity & Inclusion Education at the bank. Camilla began her career with the bank in the Consumer Bank Division in 1996.  While in the Consumer Bank, she held several leadership positions including Call Center Executive and Call Center Strategies Leader.  In 1999, as the National Inside Sales Executive for Dealer Financial Services, she was responsible for relationship expansion initiatives. In 2006, she transitioned to Learning and Leadership Development supporting Card Services with the MBNA acquisition where she developed and implemented strategies to culturally integrate over 35k legacy MBNA domestic and international employees. Before joining Bank of America, Camilla was employed at AT&T for ten years in various consumer and commercial leadership roles. Camilla devotes time to educating young adults about financial literacy and leadership skills.  She is part of Talent Management Alliance (TMA) Advisory Board. Collins is a graduate of the Diversity Leadership Academy and Edward Waters College, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management.
