Cameron Kennedy is a passionate leader in the field of human capital analytics. With over 20 years of experience in a wide variety of roles and industries including healthcare, management consulting, and mining, using analytics to solve business problems has been a central theme in his career. Cameron spent the last 4 years at DaVita Healthcare Partners, where he served as the chief of staff to DaVita`s Chief People Officer (CHRO), and most recently led and overhauled their HR Analytics capability, transforming what was a basic reporting function into a sophisticated analytical team that used data to drive clinical and business outcomes. Cameron holds a bachelor`s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois.
