The Department of Revenue is Tennessee`s chief tax collector and is responsible for administering the state`s tax laws and motor vehicle title and registration laws. The department collects funds that help educate Tennessee`s children, build highways and state parks, rehabilitate disabled citizens and operate city and county governments.

MTA Bridges and Tunnels carry more than 280 million vehicles a year – more than any bridge and tunnel authority in the nation. In 1991, California`s environmental authority was unified in a single Cabinet level agency—the California Environmental Protection Agency (CalEPA). Our mission is to restore, protect and enhance the environment, to ensure public health, environmental quality and economic vitality. We fulfill our mission by developing, implementing and enforcing the state`s environmental protection laws that regulate clean air, clean water, clean soil, safe pesticides and waste recycling and reduction. Our departments are at the forefront of environmental science, using cutting-edge research to shape the state`s environmental laws. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Professional and Associate Director of ADR Services. Directs the Board`s ADR training programs; developes and maintains the training curricula; delivers training to interested parties; and conducts facilitation and grievance mediation. Also remains active as a mediator in airline and railroad cases.
