About the Person
Mr. Bryan E. Venberg has been Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Family Dollar Stores Inc. since February 2008. Mr. Venberg has more than 14 years of experience in Human Resource Management. Mr. Venberg served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources of Valuevision Media Inc. until October 26, 2007 and previously served as its Vice President of Human Resources since May 2004. Prior to joining Family Dollar, Mr. Venberg served as Senior Vice President, Operations, Customer Service and Human Resources with ShopNBC where he served from May 2004 to November 2008. From September 1990 to April 2004, he was employed by Target Corporation, where he lastly served as Regional Director of Human Resources. He served at Marshall Fields. Mr. Venberg earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and Speech Communications from Minnesota State University at Mankato.
