About the Company
Harrison Senior Living was founded by James P. and Katherine S. Harrison, R.N. in 1967 when they purchased a 17.5 acre farm in Christiana, PA. The company constructed a skilled nursing facility on this site which opened in July, 1972. The facility`s first resident was James P. Harrison, Sr., the father of the company`s founder. Keeping with family-oriented services, the company built a facility in Snow Hill, Maryland which opened in May, 1977. This farming community was home to the co-founder, Mrs. Katherine Harrison
About the Person
Bruce McNamee is the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Harrison Senior Living. He joined Harrison Senior Living in early 2015 and continues to build and refine the human resource departments of all five HSL communities, with an ever-expanding role in operations. Previously, he held various leadership roles in the HR industry.
