• Determining and defining the North American regional commercial administration strategy based on the Group`s commercial administration strategy
• Defining and tracking measures to achieve the strategic and operational targets in the region
• Ensuring continuous results and cost improvements in the region
• Ensuring result consolidation in the region on an accrual basis according to IFRS
• Analyzing and providing controlling-relevant information of the region
• Validating and ensuring of standardized reporting
• Securing compliance with Brose principles while considering regional requirements
• Identifying cross-divisional best practice approaches and recommending possible integration in group-wide standards
• Performing and ensuring project acquisition including the relevant release process
• Collaborating in the preparation of business plans for new locations in the North American region
• Providing capacities in line with requirements as well as training and development plans for the commercial administration team

• Have strong business acumen as well as knowledge of an organization`s functioning. Candidates should also have strong cultural acumen to understand a diverse organizational culture
• Be a strategic advisor and consult the President on the strategic direction of the business

• Have the ability to collaborate and build trusting internal relationships
