About the Person
Brooke Askew-Rossi loves her integral role at GPE Companies as Chief People Officer for the firm’s commercial real estate and property management services. With over 16 years of professional experience in the commercial real estate market, she is responsible for identifying and evaluating business opportunities for GPE and its clients, team leadership development, strategic planning, training and human resources. She is passionate about creating a great place to work. Brooke also continues to manage the Association Division. Before joining the company in 2007, Brooke spent 11 years in property management with an emphasis on Associations. Her professional affiliations include NAIOP, Turnaround Management Association, Valley Partnership, Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, Greater Phoenix Economic Council, CoreNet Global and Arizona First. Brooke is a graduate of California State University, Chico, a member of Sigma Kappa & Sigma Kappa Alumni Organization, and served as Alumni Advisor for Sigma Kappa at Michigan State University. She also enjoys an active family life with her husband and three daughters, and spend her free time pursuing her passion for CrossFit and yoga.
