About the Person
Brenda J. Rivera is the Senior Vice President Human Resources effective 5 January 2015. Ms Rivera is a seasoned HR generalist who has progressed through successive leadership roles in a range of industrial and manufacturing companies, including Frito Lay, Mobile Chemical, St. Jude Medical, EcoWater Systems, and most recently, TSI Group based in St Paul MN. She has distinguished herself as a very credible and trusted advisor to business leaders throughout her career and some of her key accomplishments in her most recent role as Vice President HR at TSI Group includes leading a successful transformation and change management program whilst she has extensive experience in implementing and leveraging talent management and leadership development programs. Ms Rivera will be based in Louisville KY and she will be a member of the BRP Management Committee.
