I am a strong strategic business partner accustomed to excelling in high growth, metrics driven organizations, focused on meeting customer demands. I have reported directly to the CEO/President in my last three roles. I have been at the table, and developed and implemented HR strategy to support business initiatives that drive growth. I have a demonstrated track record of delivering results, and I enjoy building and maximizing the performance of a Human Resources function and team.
