About the Company
Regional West Medical Center is the primary regional referral center serving western Nebraska and parts of adjoining states. It is a community operated not-for-profit organization, which willingly serves anyone in need and reinvests all of its financial resources toward improving health care in its service area. Regional West Medical Center is part of a larger affiliated group of health services known collectively as Regional West Health Services and including Regional West Physicians Clinic. Regional West Medical Center`s talented and dedicated staff has helped it to expand services to include Level II trauma care, award-winning cancer treatment, and acute rehabilitation as well as to become a Bariatric Center of Excellence. Our goal, working cooperatively with hospitals across the Nebraska panhandle, is to provide the complete care patients need, close to home.
About the Person
\r\n rn Brenda Forge is the Vice President Human Resources at Regional West Health Services. She assumes administrative oversight for Human Resources, Education and Occupational Health. Forge holds a bachelor`s degree in management and marketing from the University of Idaho and is also certified as a senior professional in Human Resources. She comes to Regional West from St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Lewiston, Idaho, where she served as vice president of human resources. As vice president, Forge oversaw Human Resources, Education, Volunteers, Organizational Development, Strategic Planning and Marketing/Communications. She was also a trustee on the Lewiston Board of Education for more than 12 years. Forge`s husband, Dan, retired after 32 years of service with the Army Corps of Engineers as a Project Civil Engineer. They have three grown children who reside in Idaho.rn\r\n
