About the Person

Brad Neilley Sr. is the Global Vice President Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer for PENTAX MEDICAL which is a global manufacturer of medical devices with offices in over 20 countries.    Prior to joining PENTAX he was Vice President Human Resources, for ABM Industries where he led HR, Labor Relations, Safety/Risk and Employee Communications in support of 20,000 employees that handled all aspects of facilities services.   In addition Brad has received a President’s award for his accomplishments while holding a number of Executive Leadership roles including World Wide Vice President of HR at Johnson & Johnson, and part of a team that led a business from start up to over $1 Billion in annual sales resulting in receiving a J&J Chairman’s Award   He has held senior leadership roles at other Fortune 500 companies including The New York Times.    Brad holds a Bachelors Degree in Business from William Patterson College in NJ, an MBA in International Business from Fairleigh Dickinson University and post graduate executive certificates from The Wharton School of Business.    Brad has also run several of his own businesses and adds long-term community service to his background as a Board Member of numerous nonprofit organizations including Board Member of William Patterson University.
