About the Person

Bonnie Mac Eslin is a senior leader bringing strong operations and legal background, to lead organizational development and design and human resource operations through startup, growth and restructuring business cycles. Leverages extensive experience leading all human resource functions during M&A transitions, bankruptcy proceedings, organizational restructuring, defining human capital needs/acquiring and training talent, compensation programs and relocating corporate headquarters to help organizations achieve target performance objectives. Builds strong, mutually beneficial internal and external business relationships that grow businesses through customer acquisition and retention, improve internal operational efficiencies, reduced turnover and strategic direction. Leads talent acquisition, succession planning, employee relations, union strategy, compensation planning and diversity aligning with business strategies and objectives.
