Bob McNeil is the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Beacon Health Options. Bob is an accomplished, results-oriented Human Resources leader with diversified experience in HR strategy, change management, workforce planning and development, employee relations, talent management, new business start-ups, and the delivery of HR business partner services and programs across multiple markets and business segments. Previously, Bob had also served at ValueOptions, Inc., Massachusetts Hospital Association and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Massachusetts. Bob earned BSBA in Marketing from Suffolk University - Sawyer School of Management in 1976.
