Previously, Mr. Hall served as Vice President and HR Director of The National Capital Bank at Washington. Prior to that, Bob had also served at Fairfax County Federal Credit Union, LaSalle Bank and Outer Circle Products. Bob earned his BBA in Finance from Radford University in 1992 and Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration from National-Louis University in 1997.
