About the Person

William Flatley, also known as Bill, is the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at PartnerRe.   Prior to that, Bill served as the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Starr Companies.   Previously, Bill had also served at Capital One, Citigroup, Inc., Young & Rubicam, Bankers Trust and American International Group.   Bill is an accomplished, results-driven Senior Human Resources Executive, with strong business orientation and deep and varied technical knowledge. He has a proven record of building businesses and new capabilities across multiple industries and organizations that drive quantifiable business results.   Bill earned BS in Management and Organizations from Le Moyne College in 1985 and MBA in Organizational Behavior from Iona College in 1987.
