Bill was the Senior Partner of Hyatt Legal Services and succeeded Joel Hyatt as CEO of Hyatt Legal Plans (a MetLife Company). At Hyatt Legal Plans, he built a business that served over 10 million families that received legal services under their employee benefits program.
