\r\n Beverly Barrett is the Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources at First Fidelity Bank.   Barrett will direct all companywide employment activities, including personnel administration, payroll, benefits, career development, recruitment and hiring. Additionally, she will oversee the bank`s Human Resources department.   Barrett has more than 15 years in human resources experience. She holds a Master of Laws from Tulane University, a Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Arts from Baylor University.\r\n
