In addition to increasing your access to high-quality healthcare, StoneSprings Hospital will improve the area`s emergency preparedness capabilities, provide 500 new jobs, and generate $2.1 million in local tax revenues to fund community services.
About the Person
Bernetta Cole is the Vice President of Human Resources at StoneSprings Hospital Center. Ms. Cole brings significant experience to StoneSprings Hospital Center having served in various healthcare leadership roles throughout her career including her most recent position as Human Resources Director for Dominion Hospital, also an HCA facility, in Falls Church, Virginia. She holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Regis University and a Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration from Strayer University. In her role as the Vice President of Human Resources, Ms. Cole will be responsible for the organization`s entire human resource function, including enhancement of ongoing employee engagement and development initiatives as well as serving as a key member of the StoneSprings Hospital Center senior leadership team.
