About the Person
Ben serves as the Vice President of Business Operations for Validic, where he is responsible for product rollout and support. He leads Validic’s implementation and customer care organizations overseeing overall customer satisfaction. Prior to Validic, he served as Director of Client Operations for the healthcare division of Intuit, Inc. There, he led client relationship management, customer support, training and implementation for an industry-leading patient portal application. In a prior role at Allscripts Healthcare, Ben served as the Senior Vice President of Customer Support and Client Services. In that role, his teams were responsible for supporting customers’ EHR and Practice Management systems. He also oversaw the implementation of 1,200 new EHR systems each year. Ben has worked in the healthcare technology industry for over 14 years, solely in customer facing roles.
