"Benjamin H. Bash is Senior Vice President, Human Resources for BWX Technologies, Inc. (BWXT). Mr. Bash joined the Company in July 2010 as Assistant General Counsel, Corporate Governance & Securities. In August 2012 he assumed the position of Corporate Secretary and Assistant General Counsel. He transitioned to the position of Vice President, Total Rewards in April 2013, where he served until being elected to his current position in 2015. Previously, Mr. Bash was employed by McDermott International, Inc. from 2004-2010. He joined the company as Corporate Counsel and transitioned to the role of Senior Counsel in 2007. Prior to his time with McDermott he served as Corporate Counsel for National Instruments Corporation. He also spent three years as an associate with a law firm in corporate and litigation. Mr. Bash is a graduate of The University of Texas School of Law. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in history from Southwestern University."
