About the Person

Belinda G. Hyde is the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at SPX Flow.   Prior to that, she served as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Schnitzer Steel. Belinda joined Schnitzer in October 2011 as Chief Human Resources Officer.   Prior to joining Schnitzer, Belinda was VP of Human Resources with Celanese, a global specialty materials company, from 2008 to 2011. Previously, she led the talent management, development, and communications functions for biotech Life Technologies from 2005 to 2008. Belinda also worked at Dell Computer from 2000 to 2005 in a variety of Human Resources leadership positions.   Belinda holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.A. and Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston.
