In this role she has responsibility for developing and implementing the company’s diversity & inclusion strategy, including partnering with the business units to achieve their annual diversity goals, overseeing the company’s awards submission process, and managing our relationship with external research partners. During her tenure, AT&T has received numerous awards including being named a Top Company for Diversity by Diversity Inc, the No. 1 company for Diversity by Hispanic Business Magazine, a Top 40 Company by Black Enterprise, a Top Company for Executive Women by the National Association of Female Executives, and maintaining a perfect 100% score on the HRC’s Corporate Equality Index.\r\n
