Becky Lowe is Chief Human Resources Officer at SMS Assist. Previously, she was the Vice President of Human Resources for Global Technology Services at Experian, where she led the development and delivery of HR strategy and services in partnership with our Global Technology Leadership. In her previous role, Becky was the head of Global Talent and Engagement for Capgemini’s largest strategic business unit with revenues of €4.1 billion that employs 43,000 worldwide.   Becky has also held roles focused on talent management and building strong corporate cultures. Becky’s extensive HR and leadership experience, combined with her passion for people and employee engagement, proves her capability of working with key stakeholders to develop pragmatic, value-added solutions that drive measurable results in conjunction with the organization’s business strategy.
