Coborn`s, Inc. is a fast-growing employee-owned grocery retailer located throughout the Midwest. Our grocery store formats include Coborn`s, Cash Wise, Marketplace Foods, Hornbacher`s and Save-A-Lot stores and we offer unique online grocery home delivery services through our CobornsDelivers and Cash Wise Delivers locations. Coborn`s Inc. also owns and operates liquor stores under the Coborn`s Liquor, Cash Wise Liquor, and Captain Jack`s brands. Additionally, our fuel and convenience division, in-house grocery warehouse and distribution center, in-house Central Bakery, and Tops Cleaners are significant assets to our operations. We also have a handful of other retail entities in the markets where the fit is right: Little Dukes, Holiday Stationstores, Ace Hardware, Caribou Coffee, Dunn Bros Coffee, Erbert & Gerbert`s and Subway.
About the Person
Becky Estby is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development at Coborn`s Inc. Prior to that, she served as Vice President of Organizational Development at Coborn`s Inc. In that role, Estby was responsible for designing and implementing learning and development programs; assessing organizational structures and development opportunities; and serving as a subject matter expert on optimizing performance throughout all levels of the organization. Most recently, she worked for 14 years at Atterro, Inc. (formerly Pro Staff) in a variety of Human Resources leadership capacities, including Vice President of Human Resources, Director of People, Manager of Employee Relations and Benefits, and more. She also briefly served as Atterro`s Vice President of Administration as the company recently transformed from a staffing company to a human capital organization. Prior to Atterro, Estby worked for nine years at Ciber, Inc., a global information technology consulting, services and outsourcing company. While at Ciber, Estby served in a variety of Human Resources positions with an emphasis on employee relations, benefits/insurance, EEO/affirmative action, staffing and compensation. Estby was a member of multiple Human Resources professional organizations, including American Society for Training and Development; hr connection®; Society for Human Resource Management; and Twin Cities Human Resources Association. Estby has received Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute and holds a bachelor`s degree from Minnesota State University at Mankato.
