About the Person
As Global Chief People Officer, Dr. Becky Baybrook leads the work of making Saama a great place for talented people to build careers, to challenge themselves to be the ‘best’ and, working together, to make a meaningful difference to clients. She is excited by the many ways Saama’s talent creates valued, actionable insights for clients through innovative uses of data and analytics. Becky has a passion for developing organizations, teams, and individuals to drive business results. For over 20 years, in a range of high-tech and media companies, she has led culture and organization transformations. Becky served as VP Human Resources for Echelon (embedded control networks), Nanosolar (a solar startup), SST (a fabless memory chip company acquired by MicroChip)) and for PDF Solutions (a process technology consultancy). She started her career with Knight-Ridder (acquired by McClatchy).She received a B.A. in Psychology from Westmont College and a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida.
