Beckett is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Greentech Capital Advisors. She is responsible for all aspects of human capital across both the advisory and investment management businesses including talent management, leadership and development, organizational design, succession planning, policy, diversity, employee relations, compensation, performance management, and employee engagement. Prior to joining Greentech, Beckett was Director of Human Resources for GPB Capital Holdings, LLC where she oversaw the firm’s human resource department including talent management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, recruiting efforts and portfolio company HR advisory. Prior to GPB, Beckett served as Vice President, Director of Human Resources for Siguler Guff & Company, LP, where she was responsible for firm-wide recruiting as well as managing employee benefits, talent management, compensation and employee relations. She began her career in Human Resources at Lazard for the investment banking, capital markets, and corporate services groups. Beckett graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Media Arts & Technology and has a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from New York University.
