About the Person

As ESI`s Vice President of Human Resources, Barbara Wielicki directs and manages all areas of the human resources and payroll departments. She also holds responsibility for the sales training department and  the design and execution of management training. Barbara has over 20 years of experience in the human resources field. She joined ESI in 2006 from Anheuser-Busch where she was Vice President, Human Resources for the company`s property and resort management operation in Virginia. She began her human resources career with the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation. Barbara holds a degree in business from the University of Colorado.
